Welcome to Registration 2024-25!

We are glad you are here! The Relay Exchange® program uses Eventbrite for Registration, which is accessed using the appropriate button above. After accessing Eventbrite, you will first select one of two options for Registration: 

1) Returning Group Leaders and Members or

2) First Time Group Leaders and Members.

When you register (whether you are returning or new), you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Purchase merchandise, including: a sash and pin set, a replacement pin, and/or a t-shirt;

  • Purchase additional parenting resources including: a prayer guide for school communities, a prayer challenge for moms and/or a 6 week parenting Bible study;

  • Make a donation. 

Group Leaders

All Group Leaders will receive a password from the Registrar. When you receive the password, click the applicable link above to register. Email the Registrar at info@relayexchange.org if you have any questions.

Group Members

Registration is password protected and the password is available from your Group Leader. When you receive the password, click the applicable link above to register. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Group Leader.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: WHEN WILL REGISTRATION OPEN?

A: Registration will open in March. Group Leaders must both register before Group Members may register. 

Q: ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, scholarships are available and may be requested through your Group Leader or Coordinator. 

Q: I AM A GROUP LEADER, WHEN DO I SIGN THE LEADER AGREEMENT? 

A: Both Leaders sign the Leader Agreement and Register in a single step. Registration is password protected, and the password for your group will be sent to you by email from the Relay Exchange Registrar.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REGISTER?

A: Registration is super simple and only takes minutes to complete. 

Q: I AM ON EVENTBRITE TO REGISTER, BUT THE GREEN REGISTRATION BUTTON DOES NOT APPEAR.

A: When using Eventbrite, some browsers require a “refresh” in order for the green “REGISTRATION” button to appear. 

Q: I AM A MEMBER, HOW WILL I REGISTER FOR MY GROUP?

A: After both Leaders register, the Registrar will confirm Leader registrations with both Leaders and open Member Registration for your group. After you receive the password from your Group Leaders, it only takes a few minutes to register!

Q: I AM A NEW MEMBER, DO I NEED TO BUY THE NEW MEMBER BUNDLE?

A: Yes, all new members must select the New Member Bundle during Registration.

Q: WHAT IS THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE OFFERED?

When you register, you may purchase a sash and pin set, a replacement pin and/or a t-shirt (available in both adult and child sizes). 

We also offer a six-week parenting Bible study for small groups: “Works In Progress: A Parenting Dashboard,” which is also available on Amazon and from other booksellers. This study provides Scriptural insight and group discussion prompts on issues of parenting, including: trusting God in parenting, leading well, following good examples as you lead, relating to your children, and refueling as a mom. 

In addition, we offer two digital Prayer Guides. The first ebook, “Leading From Your Knees” is a 30-day prayer challenge for a mom to use in praying for her own children (and includes discussion questions for use in a small group setting). The second Prayer Guide, “Leading From Your Knees at School”, is designed to be used by moms praying for their school communities. 

Any of these resources would be an excellent way to connect the moms in your groups outside of regular meeting times (and including any boy-moms you know!). Please email info@relayexchange.org with any questions about merchandise. 

Q: I LEAD A GROUP WITH ONE DAUGHTER, BUT I AM IN A SECOND GROUP WITH ANOTHER DAUGHTER. HOW WILL I REGISTER? 

A: You will need to register the second daughter separately. As always, only one child may be registered at a time

Q: I HAVE TWO DAUGHTERS IN THE SAME GROUP. HOW WILL I REGISTER? 

A: If you have two or more daughters, you must register them separately, even if they are in the same group.

Q: WHEN DOES EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION END?

A: Early Bird Registration ends on May 31 for returning members, and the price increases on June 1. 

Q: WHEN WILL THE CURRICULUM BE SHIPPED? 

A: Curriculum and merchandise will be shipped to one Group Leader or, where applicable, to the Coordinator, in mid-August. 

Q: WHAT IF I NEED A REFUND? EVENTBRITE SAYS NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.

A: While refunds are not available through Eventbrite, if you would like a refund after making a payment, please send an email to info@relayexchange.org. Refunds are available with the return of an unused workbook before December 1.  

Q: WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A DONATION?

A: Relay Exchange, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) corporation. Registration fees do not cover all actual costs associated with delivery of the program. Please consider making a donation during Registration or by clicking the Donate Now button at the bottom of this page. Donations will be used to reach additional mothers and daughters.
